Tazuni is the official mascot of the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023^TM. The name Tazuni™ is a fusion of her home – the Tasman Sea – and ‘unity’, a key value of the event to be co-hosted by Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand in 2023. The football-loving teenage penguin will bring the excitement of the tournament and inspire a new generation of fans. The 15-year-old, who plays in midfield, falls in love with football after joining in with a group of kids playing a game on the beach.
